Well-kept unit with utensils and a toaster. Very good service throughout my stay. Complimentary internet, parking on street.

The food in the café was fab! It was recently refurbished, comfortable modern and on the bottom level. The location was convenient and decent, just off Vic markets, trams and North Melbourne, and Hardware Lane-which is well worth checking out for dinner. We appreciated this hotel and would definitely stop here again when in Melbourne.

Its location was perfect and nice, close to the theatre district as we were going to see Les Miserables at Her Majesty's, and in a nice quiet area.

Comfortable and Convenient
During my recent four-night stay at City Tempo, I was pleased to find that the room was exactly as pictured. The 1-bedroom layout was compact but still provided a comfortable space for my wife and me. The only drawback was the balcony on the 3rd floor, which unfortunately faced a brick wall. Nevertheless, the service was good overall, with a lovely young lady providing assistance during our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the tram and Vic Markets just a short walk away. I recommend choosing a rear room on a slightly higher floor for a better view. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

The bedroom was separate with it's own TV. The kitchen had all the necessary crockery and utensils. The apartment had enough for two people move around comfortably. The staff were helpful and very accommodating.
A larger coffee pot would have been nice since we drink lots of coffee in the morning. Extra towels because we stayed for 3 nights and only had 1 bath towel each for the duration of our stay.

It was a historic building, the room was airy with all the extras. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a tram stop, shops and attractions, and markets and restaurants.
It had depressing views.

Fortunately there was a grocery shop for the daily needs. The location was strategic because we could walk and take the free tram and the city circuit trips. You had all the basic cooking utensils.
